Final report of the National Introductory workshop of inclusive education for children with special needs was published. The three-day workshop aimed at raising teachers’ awareness on identifying children with special needs, in particular autism, and empowering teachers to help parents in protecting these children. The event was jointly organized by the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO, Ministry of Education, UNICEF Office in Iran, and UNESCO Tehran Cluster office on September 27th-29th, at the Farhangian Club in Tehran.
