The second coordinating meeting for the inscription of the Hyrcanian Forests on UNESCO’s World Heritage Register was held at the Bureau for Registrations of the Iranian Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organisation from 8:30 to 10:00 am, on Wednesday, 28 December 2016.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO, the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organisation of Iran, the Iranian Department of Environment, and the National Environmental Fund. The agenda of this second meeting dealt with the executive issues of the forthcoming January event as well as its scientific content.
